Mission Statement
Tri-City Realty Services is a group of professional individuals representing Investors in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of real estate.
HISTORY
Established in 1958, the firm began as Tri-City Realty & Mortgage and grew to become a full service general brokerage firm. The name was changed in 2000 to Tri-City Realty Services and the primary focus of the firm became investment real estate.
Code of Ethics
As active and contributing members of the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers, we adhere to those Codes of Ethical behavior. We are governed daily by the Golden Rule.
Meet our Team
Broker and Owner, Cindy D. Rampley has been in the real estate business since 1976. A native of Atlanta, she has been actively involved in the community and the Realtor organizations for over 50 years.
She is a Past President of the Georgia Association of Realtors and a Past Chairman of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. She was the 2012 President of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Property Managers.
Real estate runs deep for J.D. Lester — as a third-generation Realtor, he’s proud to carry on a family tradition of helping people find the right place to call home. A Fayetteville native, J.D. combines his local roots with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University, giving his clients the perfect balance of hometown insight and financial expertise.
Today, J.D. serves as Vice President of Administration and Finance for the Fayette County Board of Realtors, where he actively works to support and strengthen the local real estate community. As Executive Property Manager and Investment Real Estate Specialist with Tri-City Realty Services, he guides clients through every stage of buying, selling, and managing properties — always with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering results that align with each client’s goals.
Outside of work, J.D. enjoys a busy family life with his wife, Jacqui, and their two sons, Carter and Levi. Whether it’s spending time on the farm, enjoying the outdoors, or being involved in the community, family is at the heart of everything he does.
