As a Tri-City Realty Services owner-client, you will have secure portal access to all property-related documents, including inspection reports, copies of your management agreement and lease, paid vendor invoices, and both monthly and annual financial statements—all available for download at your convenience.
Managing payments, expenses, and other financial details can be time-consuming and complex. Our team uses Rentvine, an industry-leading property management software, to track and organize these for you, ensuring your records are accurate, accessible, and available 24/7.
Rental income is deposited directly into your bank account of choice each month, typically by the 10th. At year-end, you will receive a 1099 form for tax purposes, along with an annual summary statement for each property you own.
Monthly Statements Delivered with Detail
Each month, you'll receive a comprehensive Owner Statement outlining all income and expenses. You can also log in to your secure Rentvine Owner Portal 24/7 to view and download reports, track transactions, and stay updated.
