• Can you hold a place before I apply?

• How old do you have to be to apply?

  Applicants must be at least 18 years old to legally sign a lease agreement.

• Is the deposit refundable?

  Yes, security deposits are refundable as long as the lease terms are met and there’s no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Deductions may be made for unpaid rent, damage, or cleaning.

• Who needs a cosigner?

  Cosigners may be required if you don’t meet certain income, credit, or rental history requirements. They must also qualify financially and sign a guarantor agreement.

• You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

• How do I pay rent?

• I want to get a pet. What should I do?

  Refer to your lease and contact us first. Some properties are pet-friendly with added deposits or monthly pet rent, while others may have restrictions.

• I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?

  All tenants are typically responsible for the full lease. If one roommate stays, they may need to requalify or find an approved replacement. Contact us for guidance.

• My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?

  Refer to your lease for the required notice period and submit your written notice before the deadline to avoid penalties.

• Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

  We handle standard maintenance requests. However, you may be responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Submit all maintenance requests through your online portal.
