Applicants must meet our Guidelines for Approval, which include a minimum of 80% favorable credit and proof of income that’s at least three times the rent amount. But we don’t stop there. Every applicant is evaluated with a full screening that includes:

- Employment and income verification
- Criminal background and eviction history checks
- References from previous landlords
